Shipping policy
Every Millennium Casts set is made to order and hand-cast in San Diego, CA. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be made before it ships.
Why it takes 2–3 weeks
Each set is poured by hand. We mix two-part resin, blend in your colors and any custom details, and pour it into molds for every domino and the case. Once the pieces are cured, we demold, wet sand, polish, inspect and pack each set by hand. Resin reaches full hardness in about 7 days, so building each set over 2–3 weeks means it arrives fully cured and ready for years of play instead of picking up dents or scratches in its first few games.
Domestic (United States)
- Standard Shipping — Free on every order. Typically arrives 3–5 business days after your order ships.
- 2-Day Delivery — $10.97. Expedited shipping once your order leaves our studio. This speeds up delivery, not the 2–3 week build time.
All domestic orders are shipped fully insured and include tracking.
International
We ship to most countries outside the U.S. via DHL Express or FedEx. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and are not included in the item price. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
